Peter DuprePeter Dupre is an educator, consultant and performance coach who designs and leads unique and challenging learning experiences. Peter was the principal and founding partner of Peak Performance where he worked with organizations from virtually every facet of commerce. While with Peak Performance, an international training and development firm, he pioneered many high impact training and coaching programs around the globe.

Since 1985, Peter has been an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership providing executive coaching, curriculum design, and custom program training. Here he developed the highly successful Team Leadership Module for their flagship programs, the Leadership Development Program, and the Leadership at the Peak Program. These programs have been selected by the Wall Street Journal as the most effective programs for senior executives worldwide. Most recently Peter has joined Polarity Partnerships as an owner and as Vice President of Leadership, Discovery and Delivery. Peter completed a two-year Mastery Program in Polarity Thinking and has integrated his work in team development, leadership coaching, and organization development into a polarity framework.

Peter has worked with a number of consulting and training organizations, most notably Covey & Associates, Block Petrella Weisbord, and PDI. Prior to his work with Peak Performance, Peter was a Senior Leader with the Executive Development Program at the Colorado Outward Bound School. Here he led executives on adventuresome educational expeditions to hone their leadership abilities. Peter has taught leadership at Regis University and Colorado College. He has also had the privilege to work with many Olympic Teams, top-level Military Officers, numerous talented CEOs, and the United Nations. Peter has also worked as a research assistant and performance coach at the Stanford University Human Performance Lab.

For the past twenty years, Peter has worked with executives and teams from Fortune 500 companies throughout the world such as Proctor and Gamble, General Electric, Citicorp, Farmers Insurance, Hewlett Packard, Intel Corporation, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., AT&T, General Motors, EDS, International Paper, Dow Chemical, S.C. Johnson Wax, PEPSICO, Miller Brewing, USAA Insurance, Kraft Foods, Taco Bell, FMC Corporation, Royal Bank of Canada, Bausch & Lomb, Calvin Klein, and The Walt Disney Company. Peter has coached and trained personnel with the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, and has worked with Olympic Teams and the Olympic Training Center coaches and administrators. He has also worked extensively with start-up companies, young companies that are maturing, and family businesses.

Peter is certified in the Polarity Approach for Continuity and Transformation (PACT), MBTI, Firo-B, Benchmarks, and numerous other 360 instruments and personality assessments. Peter has a B.S. from Sierra Nevada College and a M.A. in Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Peter has run the Pikes Peak marathon more than a dozen times, has been an amateur bicycle racer, and is an accomplished mountaineer. Peter and his wife, Brenda, are avid world travelers, photographers, and wilderness explorers.
