Summer Session in Seattle Managers from supervisory to middle levels can strengthen interpersonal skills, increase accountability, enhance team performance, and improve retention with our Leadership Lab. This interactive course builds specific skills in communication, setting expectations, coaching, and dealing with change (30 HRCI/SHRM Credits).
