Terry Schmidt, founder and president of ManagementPro, Inc. is widely respected as the seasoned management professional who helps organizations apply strategic thinking in their quest for success. He is an internationally-known management consultant with three decades of experience as an executive, entrepreneur, educator, project coach, strategist, and author. He has been a trusted advisor to public and private sector organizations in 34 countries worldwide, including corporations, governments, and research institutions, all who have benefited from his 30+ years of experience.

A dynamic thought-leader and hands-on consultant, Terry’s North American clients include virtually every U.S. federal agency, national research laboratories, all Washington State government agencies, and companies such as Boeing, eBay, and Microsoft. His international clients include Thai Airways, Nokia Mobile Phones, and the Bank of Thailand.

Terry conducts executive and project team seminars all over the world. He also teaches adult professionals at the MIT Professional Institute and at UCLA’s esteemed Technical Management Program, where he has been rated in the top 10% of all program faculty.

The author of seven management books, Terry earned his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington, and his MBA from Harvard University.
