Dr. Jennings has advised, coached, prodded and trained leaders from several blue chip companies including ADP, Deloitte & Touche, DuPont, Hewlett-Packard, Honda, Intel, Life Technologies, Microsoft, Mobil, Oracle, Panasonic, Underwriters Laboratory, and Xerox. He is co-developer of the leading change process used globally by Microsoft.
Dave is currently facilitating the Senior Leadership Development Program for Microsoft and was the #1 rated speaker at the 2010 Microsoft Leadership Excellence Conference. Dr. Jennings has managed all aspects of management development and provided consulting expertise on internal re-organizations and leadership effectiveness.
He has provided executive coaching, consulting, facilitation, and training for leaders from Asia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, the Middle East, South Africa, and the United States. He has been a featured speaker for various conferences, including Microsoft’s Leadership Summit and Alaska Airlines’ Leadership Conference.
Dr. Jennings’ doctoral research was focused on change resilience. He has published a variety of workbooks and articles and has been quoted in national business publications. He is the author of Catapulted: How Great Leaders Succeed Beyond Their Experience and 21 Ways to Lead Your Leader, as well as many leadership articles. He is currently writing a new book on leadership resilience.
