Claudia Busch Lee photoClaudia Busch Lee is President of Catalyst Consulting, Inc. and is an organizational consultant, trainer and executive coach based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In addition to consulting, she was previously on the faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership. Her work assisted in the development of high performing cross-cultural teams in Russia, Poland, The Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, China and the UK.
Dr. Busch Lee has also provided training and coaching for the Office of Personnel Management. Her expertise is in Leadership Development, Developing High Performing Teams, Creativity, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Managing Change, Strategic Agility, Coaching and Feedback.

Claudia has worked with executives and teams from a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including the following industries: Manufacturing, Educational, Medical, Technology, Energy and Insurance. Various Federal and State Agencies, including NOAA, EPA, BLM, the Pacific Leadership Academy and the Air Force have benefited from her guidance. Claudia has created and delivered training for such organizations as National Security Agency, Dow Corning and American Axle and Manufacturing. She is highly skilled in many areas of instrumentation, including the DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO-B, Strengths Deployment Inventory and a wide variety of 360-degree feedback instruments including the Benchmarks, Executive Dimensions, all Campbell Instruments and the Federal Government’s OPM 360. Additionally, she is certified in Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Team Coaching International’s Team Dynamics Assessments. She combines real-world and experiential activities to bridge the transformation back to work.

Prior to her current work, Claudia specialized as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She was also a Speech and Language Pathologist, working with developmentally disabled children and adults. She achieved the highest professional distinctions in both the American Association of Marital and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). She obtained a Ph.D. from Florida State University, a M.S. from the University of Colorado, a M.A. from the University of Wyoming and a B.S. degree from North Dakota State University.
