Advanced Leadership

advOur Advanced Leadership program targets your most critical organizational leaders, providing a powerful set of sophisticated tools to support upper-level managers in motivating teams and individuals to meet performance goals and operating results.

Advanced Leadership consists of five training days, two hours of personal coaching, and the opportunity to apply new skills to a current organizational challenge. During the first three days, participants reflect on their personal leadership situations, learn how to enhance their collaborative skills, establish trust, and maximize their impact on teams, cross-functional groups, as well as the entire enterprise. A 90-day application interval allows individuals to work with their peers, receive feedback from their leadership teams, and address a specific, real-world issue for which they are responsible.

Advanced Leadership is available as either an In-house or Cooperative offering. The In-house program is conducted on-site and is configured to meet specific organizational objectives.

Meet Our Facilitators
Claudia Busch Lee PhotoClaudia Busch Lee, PhD, President of Catalyst Consulting, Inc., is an organizational consultant, trainer and executive coach who previously served as Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. Her expertise is in leadership development, developing high performing teams, creativity, communication, conflict resolution, managing change, strategic agility, coaching and feedback. Claudia has created and delivered training for such organizations as National Security Agency and Dow Corning. She is highly skilled in many areas of instrumentation, including the DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO-B, Strengths Deployment Inventory and a wide variety of 360-degree feedback instruments.

Jim MorrisJim Morris, principal in Jim Morris Consulting, brings a perspective on leadership that’s grounded in first-hand experience as a senior leader. He challenges leaders to extend their impact for personal, organizational, and global transformation. His personal passion is helping organizations find sustainable, self-replicating solutions in the areas of DEI&B and environmental responsibility.

Jim has 30 years’ experience leading and facilitating purpose-driven organizational change efforts through his work inside companies as an executive and leader and as an external coach and consultant. He has been adjunct faculty at Duke Leadership and Training Associates, Virginia Tech, and The American Leadership Forum.
