Knowledge Transfer is a fast-paced one-day workshop designed to help people transfer knowledge, bring new staff up to speed, or cross-train efficiently and successfully. Originally developed for engineers at Microsoft, the workshop uses plain language to teach practical, real-world communication and training skills you can use immediately.

Facilitated by popular speaker and knowledge transfer expert, Steve Trautman, the Knowledge Transfer workshop provides clear and simple tools to help you manage the transfer of knowledge in the workplace. It fundamentally improves the way subject matter experts communicate with and train each other. By the end of the day, all participants will be equipped with a measurable action plan to transfer their knowledge to others.
