Tony Silbert

Tony Silbert
Tony Silbert is the co-founder of Innovation Partners International, a global consulting firm focused on promoting positive change in organizations and communities. IPI provides strengths-based and Appreciative Inquiry approaches to strategic planning and implementation, large-system change and transformation, organization design, and teambuilding and development, designed to inspire innovation and exceptional results. Tony has nearly 20 years of experience in organizational development and change leadership. His primary areas of emphasis include Appreciative Inquiry (AI) for large-scale change/transformation, strategic planning, organization design, teaming and collaboration, innovation, and group process facilitation. 

 

Tony is currently Dean for the NTL/Case Western’s part of the AI Certificate Program (AI Practicum workshop) and Instructor of the AI and Strategy workshop. Tony has worked in the international development arena for nearly 15 years. Tony’s work has spanned the government, financial, IT, healthcare, International Development, non-profit, insurance, telecommunications, and logistics industries.  He holds an M.S. degree in Organizational Development from American University.
