Suzanne Mayo Frindt
Suzanne Frindt's clients and audiences view her as a unique fusion of passion and skill, with the ability to actively listen, comprehend and constructively connect with individuals and groups, guiding them to discover their own solutions.
As co-founder and Principal of 2130 Partners, she is a recognized speaker on the topics of Vision-Focused Leadership™ and Productive Interactions™, addressing various organizations around the world. Also known as a popular speaker on women-in-business issues she has addressed women in such diverse environments as indigenous women leaders in Peru, college students in China, and women entrepreneurs in the Middle East. In 2009 she was asked to co-create and teach curriculum for The World Academy for the Future of Women at the SIAS International University in China. She is continuing to work with the Academy in 2011.
Her new book, co-authored with husband, Dwight Frindt, is Accelerate: High Leverage Leadership for Today's World. Accelerate is not a theoretical book on leadership, but rather a practical resource for leaders to refer to when faced with the very real and daily challenges of managing their teams and their businesses. This book is the result of 20 years ‘in the trenches’ with leaders, helping them work through their issues and take their businesses to new levels of success and satisfaction.
Since 2003 Suzanne has researched, designed, developed and refined a powerful leadership curriculum that debuted in 2006 as a 2130 Partners workshop series called Productive Interactions. This breakthrough program constructively disrupts participants’ beliefs, habits and practices in the way they communicate. In 2009 a special one day intensive version of Productive Interactions debuted with great success and is now conducted on a regular basis.
Prior to founding 2130 Partners, Suzanne was a founding Principal of Communities Unlimited, a satisfaction research firm. In her pre-entrepreneur days, she held leadership positions with a variety of companies in operations, human resources, marketing and sales. Suzanne has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and has a deep personal commitment to ongoing growth development in a broad range of disciplines, including being ordained as an interfaith minister in 2005.
