Sherrill helps organizations identify the culture they aspire to, the cultural strengths they need to foster and manage and the areas where cultural patterns need development. Her experience ranges across a broad range of sectors and industries and validates the need to include culture alignment along with goal alignment (goals, measures, consequences) and infrastructure alignment (processes, structure, systems) as part of strategy implementation. Frustration with available culture diagnosis tools led to an intensive period of research into what really is important for culture diagnosis and external consultants can use with their client organizations.
