Rita V. Bailey
Rita Bailey is founder and CEO of QVF Partners, a consulting firm committed to helping organizations create people-focused cultures. She is a twenty-five-year veteran of Southwest Airlines and two-time recipient of the President’s Award for Outstanding Achievement. Serving most recently as director of the University for People, Rita knows the benefits of a work environment developed on the strengths of its people.

An international speaker and advisor, she was national board chair of the American Society for Training & Development in 2005.
