Rita V. Bailey
Rita Bailey is founder and CEO of QVF Partners, a consulting firm committed to helping organizations create people-focused cultures. She is a twenty-five-year veteran of Southwest Airlines and two-time recipient of the President’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.
