The di·a·logic programs are presented by Leadership Center West (LCW). LCW has been involved in Training and Organizational Development since 1980. From 1984-1994, LCW represented the Covey Leadership Center and worked with major enterprises such as AT&T, IBM, Bell Canada, Northern Telecom, State of California, and the City of San Jose. The company focuses on developing and presenting seminars and workshops designed to strengthen the conversation process characterized as Dialogue.
LCW’s clients include the California Department of Health Services, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Ford Motor Company, Kaiser Permanente, Lexmark International, Qwest Communications, San Jose Mercury News, St. Vincent Hospital, Toyota, and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Laurie Lemieux, M.S., is certified in di.a.logic: Practices for Effective Conversation, and has over 18 years of experience in training, organizational development, and human resources. She has been instrumental in designing and facilitating major change efforts for Legacy Health System, Mayo Clinic, United Way of the Columbia Willamette, Jiffy Lube International, and others. She is a featured speaker for ASTD, ODN, and the Western Regional & National CEO United Way of America Conferences.
Laurie has an active consulting practice and is the past HR/OD V.P. for United Way of the Columbia Willamette. She teaches organizational development at Portland State University, and is designing their first ‘OD Certification Program,’ to be launched in the fall of 2006. She received her M.S. in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Johns Hopkins University.
