Kristine Schneider helps companies and their leaders improve performance through cultural alignment, leadership development, executive team development, training and coaching. Consulting since 1985, she has worked closely with human resources and executives to determine the right culture for their organization’s success. In 1994 Kristine co-founded Corporate Development Group (CDG), an organizational and executive development services and assessments company that increases productivity by leveraging a company's culture. 100-plus companies worldwide have used CDG services and assessment tools.
An international and keynote speaker, Kristine has presented at international industry and professional conferences in the U.S. and abroad, to professional and executive groups, and has appeared on business radio shows as a guest expert. In addition, she has been a leadership development facilitator and coach with the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver and the Women’s Vision Leadership Institute. Kristine is a member of Colorado Human Resource Association where she served as co-chair of the Consultant's Forum. A founding member of the Women's Vision Foundation, she is also a member of the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Kristine is a member of the Snowmass Forum, a business innovation community dedicated to finding the intersection between humanity and profitability. Kristine holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis.
Bill Schneider, Ph.D., is president of the Corporate Development Group, Inc. (CDG) in Denver, Colorado. CDG specializes in organizational and executive development. and has over 245 affiliates from around the world. These affiliates are professionals from a wide range of professional and business disciplines.
Bill is the developer of Culturetek™ which measures the alignment of strategy with culture and leadership. He has extensive experience in executive selection, succession planning, strategy formulation, executive development, team development and organizational development.
He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Saint Louis University in 1974. He has practiced as a consulting psychologist since 1974, both inside and outside business. He was the Manager of Organization Development with General Dynamics Communications Company, also in St. Louis. After working for RHR International for four years, he started his own consulting firm in Houston, Texas. He ran that company for nine years before moving to Denver, Colorado where he now resides and works.
In 1994, Bill was nominated for the Harry Levinson Distinguished Contribution to Consulting Psychology award. Some of his clients include: Boeing, Citigroup Private Banking, Microsoft, Harte-Hanks Communications, Ralston Purina, and Washington Mutual. He is the author of The Reengineering Alternative: A Plan for Making Your Current Culture Work (New York: McGraw-Hill/Irwin. 1994) and numerous articles. He has received international recognition for his work in organizational culture, its measurement and its alignment with strategy and leadership.
