Bernard J. MohrBernard J. Mohr, Principal, Innovation Partners International, has 35 years experience in helping clients such as BP, British Airways, Coca-Cola, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, the I.R.S., L.L. Bean, and GlaxoSmithKline.

A pioneer in the application of Appreciative Inquiry to complex organizational problems, he is a frequent key- note speaker and is the author of five books and numerous articles in the field of AI, including the bestseller, Appreciative Inquiry: Change at the Speed of Imagination.

A graduate of Waterloo, Toronto, and Columbia Universities, he is also an adjunct faculty at Columbia University and the NTL Institute.

Sallie LeeSallie Lee, Principal, Innovation Partners International, has focused on organizational and international development throughout her career, consulting in diverse corporate, academic, governmental, and domestic and international non-profit environments. She has applied and taught AI around the world for over nine years, using the curriculum and cutting edge workbook she and her colleagues developed for effectively and quickly enabling participants to use AI with their own organizations and clients. Sallie has facilitated hundreds of workshops on the human dimensions of organizational change, specializing in whole system planning, strategic initiatives, and collaborative processes.

Trained in psychology and philosophy at NC State University, Sallie also has an MA in International Development from University of Miami and has certification in Global Change and Social Innovation from Case Western Reserve University's Global Excellence in Management Program.
